What should I do if I'm informed that the product is Out Of Stock after placing an order?

We have over 300,000 pcs of product, and it's NOT possible to promptly confirm the inventory for each product. If you encounter a situation that the product is out of stock after placing an order, we will contact you within 1-5 business days.     Your order will be Canceled, and you can choose others and place a New Order.

Which conditions are NOT available for return & refund?

Including the following but not only limited:
1.More than 7 Days after delivered.
2.The product have been Used, Human Damaged, or Shows Obvious Signs Of Wear.
3.The product is Missing the original tags, packaging, or components.
4.Risks associated such as Lost or Stolen packages.
5."Delivered" but you Not Find.
6.Chosen the Wrong product, but we've shipped.
7.Inappropriate size.
8.Allergic.

Once you have the tracking number, you can track on the official website of the logistics.

Which courier? How long will I received my package?

We will choose the best courier service available for local delivery.

It's expected to be delivered in 7-15 working days. (Excluding process days, adverse weather conditions, flight delays, customs clearance delays, and other unavoidable circumstances.)  

Which conditions are available for return & refund?

 1.Don't like after delivered. (DO NOT USE) (Buyer is responsible for returning cost)
2.Due to the long time and distance transportion, the product damaged or have defects CANNOT USE after delivered.
3.Shipment Errors.
4.Buyer provided an Incorrect or Incomplete shipping information resulting in a Return. (Buyer is responsible for the Round-Trip shipping costs)
